My therapeutic style is warm, authentic and collaborative. I integrate various forms of therapy in order to provide personalized treatment that is tailored to your unique needs, goals and strengths.
My goal as a therapist is to help you become more self-aware so that you may more confidently navigate your emotions and relationships. I help you understand and cope with distressing thoughts and emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and form stronger, longer lasting relationships.
