Dr. Chrissy Macaulay
Clinical Psychologist (Supervised Practice)
I help my clients to explore and heal from traumatic experiences and relationships. My clients come to me for a variety of reasons, including trauma-rooted difficulties, depression and anxiety, difficulty regulating emotions, and life transitions. Clients value my warmth, flexibility, and authenticity. Together we take the first step towards fostering greater understanding, acceptance, and change. I draw from various therapeutic approaches to tailor therapy to your goals, needs, and strengths (including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy).
