Therapy can give us the opportunity to better understand ourselves, our history, and how we fit into the world around us. I aim to facilitate this journey of self-discovery by creating a warm and accepting environment where you feel comfortable to explore whatever may be holding you back. I take an integrative approach, and draw on techniques from Client-Centered, Cognitive, Emotion-Focused, and Acceptance-based modalities.

Everyone comes into therapy with their own unique way of experiencing and moving through the world, and I seek to tailor the therapeutic experience to each individual person. I see you as the expert on your own life, and I believe that together, we can work to restore your sense of self. I believe that everyone can benefit from taking the time to turn their attention inwards and our therapy will be a perfect place for this.
