Dr. Ashley Palandra

Clinical Psychologist

In my clinical practice with adults, I am particularly passionate about women’s mental health, depression, anxiety, relational and identity issues, trauma, and body image and eating challenges. I also enjoy working with young adults, and clients who identify with diverse cultural identities.

I have a warm, collaborative and empathic approach, and I aim to develop strong therapeutic relationships created with trust, respect and acceptance. I draw from various treatment modalities in order to create a treatment plan that is uniquely suited to each client’s particular needs and culture(s).
