Dr. NATALIE KALB (she/her)

Clinical Psychologist (Supervised Practice)

Both personally and professionally, I am decidedly concerned with living narratives; with the exploration and integration of the breadth of our human experiences. Fundamentally, I believe that therapy is a creative opportunity to learn about ourselves. It is a safe space where we can write and rewrite the narratives of our lives.

For this reason, my approach is grounded in empathy, inclusivity, and collaboration. Drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Relational, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, I prioritize an authentic therapeutic relationship. Having worked in a wide range of settings, I help youth and adults navigate challenges related to substance use and addiction, trauma/PTSD, interpersonal relationships, and sexual and/or gender identity-related concerns.

As a queer person of Mexican origin, I feel privileged to facilitate an environment where self-discovery, healing, and growth can occur and to cultivate a practice that is rooted in trauma-informed, culturally humble, and 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming care.
