Genevieve Vrana, M.A.
I work with individuals experiencing a range of concerns from depression, low self-esteem, childhood and adult traumatic events, overwhelming emotions, relationship problems, and anxiety (e.g., chronic worry, stress at work, nervousness in social situations, panic attacks), to serious mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and co-occurring developmental disorders. My goal is to help people become more self-aware and learn new ways of relating to themselves and others. I want my clients to move forward in their lives with increased confidence, healthier coping strategies, and stronger relationships.
My clients can always count on my collaborative, non-judgmental approach, which helps them feel understood and supported. I try to create a safe space for individuals of diverse ethnicity, sexuality, gender, and ability.
