Joseph Addy, MDiv
Clinician
The stories we tell ourselves can be the most challenging aspects of our lives. They can shape how we view ourselves, others, and the world around us. Sometimes these narratives can be unhelpful, limiting, or even harmful.
As a clinician, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your story at your own pace, deepen your self-awareness, and work towards identifying the parts that no longer serve you. Whether you’re struggling with a loss, anxiety, depression, or uncertainty about the future, I’m here to help you make sense of your story, build resilience, and develop new tools to navigate life’s challenges.
