I provide an accepting space where you and your family will feel safe, seen and heard. I draw on my specialized training in attachment and behavioural approaches to support children, adolescents and parents coping with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and challenges with emotion regulation.
I work from a client-centered, strengths-based, family systems approach and I am gender-affirming. I have researched the relationship between family and child mental health and coping skill improvement for autistic children who receive CBT-based therapy, as well as the benefits of trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and educational game design.
