DR. KIMBERLEY HARA
I work with individuals experiencing a range of psychological and emotional concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, interpersonal problems, and difficulty understanding and coping with their emotions. My therapeutic style is warm, authentic and collaborative. I integrate various forms of therapy in order to provide personalized treatment that is tailored to your unique needs, goals and strengths.
My goal as a therapist is to help you become more self-aware so that you may more confidently navigate your emotions and relationships. I help you understand and cope with distressing thoughts and emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and form stronger, longer lasting relationships.
I offer culturally competent, inclusive and LGBTQ+ positive therapy.
