Rachel Thorburn, M.A.

Child and Adolescent Clinician

At RPC, I provide psychoeducational assessments to children and youth experiencing mental health and/or learning difficulties. I also provide therapy to children, youth, & families navigating depression, anxiety, phobias, and interpersonal challenges. I have experience working with children with ADHD, ASD, and MID, as well as sex and gender diverse youth, and aim to provide an accessible, inclusive, and non-judgmental space.

In both assessment and therapy, I incorporate the goals and perspectives of both you and your child in a collaborative process. My approach to therapy is flexible to your family’s unique needs, using both talk-based and play-based approaches, and a combination of relational and behavioural modalities.
