Tanisha Sodha, M.A.

Clinician

I am committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive space for you and your family, where children, teens, and parents alike are welcomed with empathy and a deep understanding of the dynamics at play. I believe that through this holistic approach, we can foster the mental and emotional well-being of your child or teen, while also enhancing family relationships.

I also work with adults, and one of my core principles is the integration of mind and body awareness. I believe that true healing extends beyond the confines of the mind and encompasses the body as well. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed. I create a safe and nurturing space for you where I offer unwavering acceptance, non-judgment, and compassion. I understand that these qualities are essential for you to flourish in the therapeutic process.

In my practice, I take an integrative approach to therapy, blending various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also incorporate experiential therapies like Art therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic approaches, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into my work. I provide a holistic therapeutic experience.
