I believe that through this holistic approach, we can foster the mental and emotional well-being of your child or teen, while also enhancing family relationships.
In my practice, I take an integrative approach to therapy, blending various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also draw from experiential therapies like Art therapy, Mindfulness, somatic approaches, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in my work.
